Concierge Onboarding
For users who want a helping hand with setting up a GuardBlock Vault, we've got you covered with Concierge Onboarding.
This is a white-glove service where one of our team can walk you through setup from start to finish.
What is covered in the service?
Sessions are flexible and can cover either specific issues you are having, or walk you through the entire service. Topics covered could include:
- Guided device setup session to initialise your hardware wallet/signing device
- Guided walkthrough on setting up a GuardBlock Vault with your device
- Help on setting up features such as spending controls, device replacement, or billing
- Advice on:
- Timelock and inheritance planning
- Key-distribution and backup/storage strategies
- Any other questions you may have!
How do I book?
Simply log in to your GuardBlock account and follow the orange concierge button on the dashboard, or head to https://guardblock.com/concierge.
On that page you'll find a link to book in a time slot, which also asks a few questions so that we can prepare for the session, which includes your name, email, which hardware device you're using, and any specific questions you'd like answered during the session.
Does this service cost anything?
During this introductory period, concierge onboarding is free for all GuardBlock users.
What do I need to prepare for the session?
Before you book a session, ensure you have the following:
- An invite to the platform and/or have created a GuardBlock account. Need an invite? Reach out to help@guardblock.com
- A hardware wallet / signing device compatible with GuardBlock. You can initialise it ahead of the session, but if you are struggling we can help you with that on the call.
- Ideally, you have the ability to share your screen so that we can troubleshoot any problems you experience, if necessary.
- During the call our team may want to share their screen with you as part of a walkthrough, so you are ideally using a laptop or device with a large screen so you can see what we share.
- You do not need to enable your camera for the session.
- Ensure you have enough time for the call (up to 1 hour) and are in a quiet and private location.
